In accordance with the legislation in force on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679, of 27 April, and Law No. 58/2019, of 8 August), Couto dos Pardinhos - Sociedade de Actividades Rurais, Lda , with the NIPC 510638210 and headquarter at Rua do Vale nº2, in Monforte da Beira, has developed a privacy policy, in order to guarantee the protection of its customers' data.

1- The data collected from your customers will not be used for commercial purposes and will be kept in accordance with strict rules of ethics, rigor and confidentiality.

3-      Customer data will not be made available to others without the prior consent of its owners.

4- The holders of personal data are entitled to submit complaints in relation to matters related to the processing of their data with the National Data Protection Commission, the competent supervisory authority in Portugal.     

5- Eventually, on the Couto dos Pardinhos Lda website, links may be included to access other websites, outside the Company, which does not assume any responsibility towards them.     

6- In the case of Couto dos Pardinhos Lda using cookies on its website , the personal data of its customers remains entirely protected, given the concept inherent in cookies: small text / information files, which do not include personal data and which are stored on the disk computer by a server that only the user / installer has access to.
